How does the sign up work?
All of our yoga classes are held in the tree house studio. High quality mats are provided free of charge. We do not take reservations for these classes. The check in desks opens 35 mins before class begins. We recommend you come early for your first class with us. If you are on the island for a while and know you are coming to a class, you are welcome to come and sign up in advance, in person. We don't take reservations through phone, email or social media.

Flow
This class is an active Vinyasa flow, a style that builds strength and stamina as movements link together rhythmically with the breath. It's suitable for multiple levels, including healthy beginners. Options are always given to maintain accessibility for newer students and to challenge those with more experience. This class often involves weight-bearing, so it is not recommended for current wrist injuries. Total beginners who are also elderly are encouraged to try Yin or Gentle Morning Yoga.

Yin Yoga
This soulful, slow, and sensual class is suitable for anyone. The primary focus is to relax the mind, body and nervous system through longer-held postures and conscious breathing. Each pose or stretch lasts several minutes and is supported by props to encourage deep release and relaxation. Yin is highly recommended for anyone under stress, feeling tense or disconnected or simply wishing to unwind and restore balance. Simply put - this class is for everyone!

Mobility
This class blends yoga, functional movement, and mobility training to improve strength, stability, and range of motion while addressing imbalances in the body. We explore how strength and stretch ideally coexist to support healthy, efficient movement. You’ll learn to move with greater awareness, build resilience in your tissues and unlock ease in both daily life and your other movement practices. All levels are welcome in this informative class and exploratory class.

Soft Flow
A gentle, nourishing flow that invites you to slow down and move with care. This class emphasizes ease, softness, and longer moments of stretching, with less focus on strength or intensity. Sequences are fluid and unhurried, allowing time to breathe, feel and settle into each posture. Ideal for afternoons, recovery days, or anytime you’re craving a calming, grounding practice.

Gentle Morning Yoga
This simple, soothing class focuses on slow mindful movements, gentle stretching and breath awareness. It is designed to cultivate mind-body connection, improve flexibility and awaken the body in a calm, supportive way. Suitable for all levels, it's a perfect way to begin the day with ease, presence and intention.

Sunset Stretch
This simple and easy practice is a classic. Enjoy connecting to your mind, body and breath in a relaxed and casual vibe. The emphasis of this class is to stretch and chill, great after a long day in the sun, on the boat, or at the laptop. Release tension and create more ease in the body as you transition into a peaceful evening.

Sound Healing
A deeply soothing sound bath experience designed as a gentle evening ritual of letting go. A Sound Journey of Anica (อนิจจา) is a 3-part series inspired by Thai wisdom, inviting you to release the weight of the day and soften into stillness through a unique landscape of healing sound and mindfulness-infused guidance. As you rest comfortably, layers of calming tones and vibrations support emotional release, quiet reflection, and deep relaxation — like a reset for your whole system. This session is about allowing: letting the mind slow down, the body unclench, and the nervous system return to its natural rhythm. Ideal for anyone who wants to fully land in the present, integrate the day, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and gently restored.
Community Classes
These classes are always free and everyone is encouraged and invited to attend. No reservations or experience needed. Please be our guest.

Guided Meditation
Whether you are an experienced mediator or a total beginner we invite you to join us in practicing Mindfulness. There are many styles of meditation, we primarily practice Anapanasti which means mindfulness through breathing. We may also practice Metta which focuses on love and kindness and at Oasis we always, always practice Gratitude.
